Who We Are

We are Rachel and Anthony. A Husband and wife with four children and big dreams. After leaving the Arizona desert, we moved to the Pacific Northwest and purchased a 1965 travel trailer. We converted the vintage trailer into a mobile coffee shop, packed up once again and moved to Post Falls, Idaho.

Connecting through Instagram in 2012, we had our first date at a cafe in Tucson, Arizona. Coffee has been a lifelong passion of Anthony's. We aspired, from our first meeting, to someday open a coffee shop together.

After a few months of dating, we took a road trip to Bisbee, Arizona (MUST SEE!) and met Seth Appell with Old Bisbee Roasters. He was operating in what's known as Peddlers Alley offering fresh espresso. We purchased a couple of pounds to take home with us and immediately fell in love. We hope to share that same love by serving Old Bisbee Roasters, and offering excellent service.

To us, the name Press On has multiple meanings: pressing water through fresh ground beans, and moving forward through life. No matter the trials we face, we Press On.

"A gentleman is always ready to serve coffee at a moment's notice." - Seth Appell
